Organizational Structure
VSHN operates using a Sociocratic Circle Organization approach, based on principles and practices primarily from Socicracy 3.0, mixed in a bit from Holacracy 5.0.
Responsibilities to fulfill our purpose and implement our company strategy are delegated from the outside inwards, from the outer "Anchor Circle" inwards through sub-circles to individual roles. Each circle has a clearly defined purpose, responsibilities, and boundaries set by its super-circle (the delegator), which defines the what and why but doesn’t interfere with the how. A "team" is simply everyday language for either a role held by multiple people or a circle with multiple roles. This structure frees up people in roles and teams to make day-to-day decisions, create value, and govern themselves in how they work-within set boundaries.
See VSHN’s Culture - How VSHN works for a more detailed explanation on what that means.

We use nestr.io to visualize our organization, but also as kind of our organizational operating system (governance, tactical meetings, tensions, goal setting, etc.).
