Organizational Structure

VSHN is organized into Roles and Teams

  • We define these by creating a domain description.

  • When a Domain is assigned to an individual, they become a Role keeper. Read more about what roles are here.

  • If the domain is assigned to a group of people, they become a Team. Read more about what a team is here.

  • Additionally, more than one individual can hold the same role; in such cases, they are individually accountable for the role but coordinate together to determine who handles what.

Organization Overview, Alignment and Coordination

  • The core business of VSHN is delivered by our Value Stream Teams. Each team can plan, produce, and deliver value (services or products) directly to customers.

  • Sales, Account Management, and other supporting services are shared capacities that these teams require.
