As defined in our Overall Business Strategy, we close the gap between VSHN Products and the unique needs of our customers. We combine VSHN Products and third-party offerings with standardized and custom Building Blocks to deliver complete Solutions on an ongoing basis—typically as subscriptions and managed services.

We design, offer, and deliver complete solutions tailored to the customer’s technical business needs.
We add value and bridge the gap between their requirements and VSHN standard products.
We provision and help customers use cloud service provider products to address their technical business needs.
- VSHN Product Value Streams
In the scope of Solutions, we provide the missing pieces and support so products can be used for the customer’s use case.
We provide Solution Architecting to support the sales process of VSHN Products and lead the technical onboarding project.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements engineering and Sales Support
Solution design, documentation, and review
Standardization, development, and operation of solution building blocks and required base services and infrastructure
Building solutions, including technical project coordination
Operations of solutions for managed services

24x7 incident response and support

Operation and support of VSHN Products
Ongoing support, consulting, or engineering not related to the custom solution

Usable VSHN Products as defined – we act as the "internal" customer.
Deeper technical requirements engineering, design, and technical project lead for product integration.
