Purpose
We need someone to own and drive opportunities through the entire sales process—from qualified opportunity to signed contract—coordinating all necessary internal resources while maintaining customer relationship and commercial responsibility.
Own the opportunity end-to-end, orchestrate the process, and close the deal.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of sales opportunities from qualification to contract signature (Customer (Key) Account Manager owns existing customer’s opportunities)
Lead opportunity qualification
Lead quotation creating, delivery and commercial negotiation
Coordination and prioritization of contributing roles (SA, PM, AM, Legal, etc.)
Customer relationship management throughout the sales cycle
Maintaining opportunities in sales pipeline (CRM)
Smooth handover post-sale
Clear, transparent, and effective sales process for each opportunity

- Customer (Prospects)
Clear product or solution proposals and commercial quotations
Transparent communication and coordination throughout sales process
Signed contracts and successful project kickoff
- Sales Development Representative
Timely follow-up and feedback on opportunities
- Solution Architect
Clear business need, context, constraints and high level requirements
Priority alignment when capacity constraints exist (usually through sales coordination meeting)
- Product Manager
Pricing requests and strategic guidance needs
Feedback on solution/product-market fit
Quotation is in alignment with the product offering
- Legal & Compliance
Contract review requests via Jira tasks
- Account Management
Structured handover of new customers with complete context
Administrative support for proposals, contracts, and process
