Purpose
Why is this role needed, what need of the organization does it address, or how is it relevant within the organization?
This role ensures that within VSHN we create, maintain, and develop the needed clear structures (domains delegated to circles or roles, processes, and policies) and practices, and drive personnel measures (hiring, personal development, firing) so that VSHN strategy, daily business, and growth can happen effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
List the essential responsibilities assigned to this role.
Ensure aligned delegation and review of VSHN’s business and organizational needs into sub-circles (domains) within the VSHN domain.
Drive to ensure that no major organizational needs are unaddressed (primarily unclear responsibilities on company level)
Ensure transparency and communication on organizational aspects within VSHN
Ensure VSHN uses methods / frameworks to transparently drive, track and review strategic progress
Oversee VSHN’s personnel / employer strategy and hiring planning aligned to budget and strategy
Maintain organizational and work environment (people) health metrics

Guidance and frameworks on how VSHN works and how strategy implementation is driven and reviewed

Personnel strategy that balances the needs of the organization and the business
- Corporate IT
Process owner of VSHN-wide IT needs for collaboration and clarity about our structures and governance

Ensure compliance to VSHN employee policies
- Team Facilitator
Support and coaching to roles and teams in VSHN to introduce, live and evolve VSHN structures and practices
Personal coaching to VSHNeers, to be an active part of VSHN’s organization
