Purpose

VSHN needs to be known in the market, attract the right customers, and generate leads that enable sustainable business growth. This role ensures marketing strategies are aligned with company strategy, build brand awareness, and create value for customers through effective marketing, communications, and content.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure all marketing operations of VSHN are aligned with company strategy and vision
Define and execute go-to-market strategies to generate high-quality sales leads
Maintain and strengthen VSHN’s brand identity and positioning in the market
Oversee digital marketing, including content, social media, website, and SEO/SEM efforts
Conduct market research to understand customer segments, buyer personas, and competitive landscape
Manage communications and public relations to ensure consistent and clear messaging
Define and run marketing campaigns to boost brand and product visibility
Enable Sales and Partners to promote and sell VSHN offerings
Evaluate marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies based on data and feedback
Manage strategic marketing partnerships

The Marketing role keeper should have:
Knowledge in marketing & business strategy and its execution
Experience in branding, digital & traditional marketing, events, communications, and public relations
Experience with tools such as CRM, marketing automation, market research, data analytics, website development, branding, and design software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Team spirit and negotiation skills for collaboration with departments and external partners
A degree or apprenticeship in business and/or marketing, or equivalent professional experience
