Purpose

We have many tools, services and IT infrastructure throughout the company that are used by many or all VSHNeers or serve processes and workflows that are required by our business. Many of such tools and our infrastructure we run ourselves, others are SaaS offerings we set up and simply use. Still both need setup, migrations, integration, and often internal support for our VSHNeers, or sometimes external users.

VSHN needs enough capacity to care for our internal IT operations and execution of projects to replace or improve such services.

Accountabilities (Key Responsibilities)

  • Technical on-/off-boarding of VSHNeers and external users working for VSHN

  • Security of Corporate IT systems and data

  • Technical execution of Corporate IT projects

  • Technical requirements engineering for new or to be changed tooling/infrastructure

  • VSHNeer support of Corporate IT tooling

  • Coordination and administration of changes, issues and support with SaaS tooling

  • Operations (changes, incident handling, maintenance) of defined, self-hosted Corporate IT tooling

Stakeholders and Key Deliverables

Corporate IT Governance (Delegator)
  • Up-to-date list of all IT Tooling, Software and Infrastructure

  • Admin documentation of our IT Tooling

  • Where useful: user-documentation or link to external docs

  • Awareness on major functionality, compliance or cost changes

VSHNeers
  • Defined IT tooling according to definition

  • Working office IT infrastructure

  • Usage support for IT Tooling

PeopleOps
  • Technical task execution and support for PeopleOps with on- and offboarding

CISO and ISM Governance
  • Corp IT running secure systems and implementing controls within the requirements and constraints of our ISMS.
