Maintain an overview of all IT services including costs for Budget
Drive requirements engineering, tooling evaluation and decision-making
Ensure Governance, Prioritization and high level Coordination of projects and work
Stakeholders and Key Deliverables
- Business Process Owners (according to list of IT services)
Proper tooling that addresses their needs
- All VSHNeers
Working general IT tooling and infrastructure that enables and supports them to work efficiently
Usage support for our IT tooling and infrastructure
- Finance
Budget numbers for overall VSHN budget
Cost-saving measures for unnecessary IT tools or resources.
- CISO and ISM Governance
Awareness & collaboration on security aspects and implementation of controls within the requirements and constraints of our ISMS.
